DRG & Hybrid Grouper
Assignment to inpatient or outpatient case
Assignment to DRG or hybrid DRG in accordance with the official grouping logic
Functions of the DRG & Hybrid Grouper
1. Assignment to aG-DRG: All case-relevant parameters such as age, gender, length of stay and ventilation can be entered via an easy-to-use input mask. These, along with the diagnosis, any concomitant illnesses and procedures, are crucial for the assignment to the corresponding to DRG.
2. Assignment to Hybrid-DRG: For the year 2025, a total of nine Serviceareas have been defined, which provide for a total of over 570 services to be billed for via Hybrid-DRG. Provided that the case does not involve any Contextfactors or other services to be provided on an inpatient basis.
The DRG & Hybrid Grouper sorts your cases according to the officially applicable allocation mechanisms into
- aG-DRG for inpatient cases (> 1 day)
- Hybrid-DRG for outpatient cases (>= 1 day)
The DRG & Hybrid Grouper is available to you free of charge after registration!
