DRG & SG-Grouper
Case allocation to DRG, Hybrid-DRG, Service Group
Certified grouping logic to DRG or Hybrid-DRG plus Service Group
Functions of the DRG & SG-Grouper
1. Assignment to aG-DRG: All case-relevant parameters such as age, gender, length of stay and ventilation can be entered via an easy-to-use input mask. These, along with the diagnosis, any concomitant illnesses and procedures, are crucial for the assignment to the corresponding to DRG.
2. Assignment to Hybrid-DRG: For the year 2025, a total of nine Serviceareas have been defined, which provide for a total of over 570 services to be billed for via Hybrid-DRG. Provided that the case does not involve any Contextfactors or other services to be provided on an inpatient basis.
3. Output of the associated service group.
A free input mask for individual case grouping is available to all registered users. (See image below)
The DRG & SG-Grouper groups the imported §21 data records immediately upon upload, which can then be viewed and exported in the Service Group Analysis (KHTG). (Video)
Save and share
Tired of entering the same information over and over again? All entries can be individually named and saved, and can be shared and edited in a team!
Coding aid instead of code
Do you find the official classification descriptions in ICD-10 and OPS too cumbersome? Then simply create your own description under the Coding Aid section! Example: cooling catheter = 8-607.0
Description instead of code
Use the classification description from ICD-10 or OPS instead of the codes. Example: hypothermia instead of 8-607*
