We support research and education
The online platform reimbursement.INFO has provided performance, structural and accounting data (routine data) of German hospitals since 2006. Through cooperation with medical societies and associations these organosations can get access this wealth of knowledge free of charge.
Our aim is to create and maintain transparency. Only publicly available data can be used to uncover abuses, identify hot spots and develop markets. We identify, describe and illustrate data and convert it into precise and validated data series that now span more than 15 years.
Data collection
With the start of operating cost reimbursement via the G-DRG system in 2004, homogeneous data collection also found its way into inpatient care. These data from official sources such as the Federal Joint Committee (G-BA), the Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices (BfArM), the Federal Statistical Office (Destatis) and the Institute for the Hospital Remuneration System (InEK) provide precise information about

Data output
More than 217 million data sets have been compiled to provide in-depth insights into the hospital market for project-related work such as bachelor’s or master’s theses or for research purposes.
